Peak Pharmacies can help  by packing your regular medicines into a special dosing device called a Dose Administration Aid (DAA). We offer both Blister packs and Dose Aid sachets.  

Patient Medication Profiles are a  record of all of the medications you take, including prescriptions, natural remedies and over the counter medicines. These profiles are vital for hospital visits, when visiting new doctors or for travelling.

A Home Medicines Review (HMR) is a comprehensive clinical review of all of your medicines, conducted by a specially accredited pharmacist in your home. This service is of benefit for many people, especially if you are taking multiple medications and doses, have confusing directions or are experiencing side effects.

Getting rid of unwanted or out-of-date medicines properly is important. The only safe way is through the Return Unwanted Medicines (RUM) scheme. Our pharmacies all have special bins for customers to dispose of their unwanted medicines. Ask us in store.

A Meds Check,  is a one on one consultation in the pharmacy with your Peak Pharmacies Pharmacist where they conduct a review and explanation of your medication, identify any potential problems and answer any questions you might have.
