MedAdvisor is an App you can use on your phone or on the computer that has been designed to provide you with an effective tool to ensure you are using your medication safely, effectively and on time.
The home screen provides a list of all your medications which will be updated whenever you fill a script. It provides basic information on the medication as well as how many repeats you have remaining and expected days supply remaining.
When you are close to running out of a medication, MedAdvisor will send you a message providing information on the medication running low.
The "Tap-To-Refill" feature allows you to order your prescription to be dispensed in advance. When using this feature, you will receive a text message back from us at Peak Pharmacy to let you know your prescription is ready to collect. Please note your scripts must be kept on file at the Pharmacy to use this feature.
Alternatively, you can request that the medication be delivered.
To help with this process, the "Pay-In-Advance" feature allows you to pay for your order through the app.
Carer Mode also allows you to easily manage the prescriptions for someone you might care for, such as parent or a child.
In summary, using the MedAdvisor app you can re-order your prescriptions, pay through the app and request collection or delivery all the while better managing your medications and keep better track of both paper and
e-Script prescriptions.
